At TheQuickShopper, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products purchased from our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email support@thequickshopper.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at support@thequickshopper.store.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Email your order number along with clear photos of the product to:

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund (where appropriate)
